Tina & Friends Comedy Night
Fresh off of her appearance on NBC’s The Tonight Show, New York City-based standup comedian Tina Friml returns to her hometown, with her favorite fellow comics in tow.
Friml was featured on The Drew Barrymore Show’s ‘Bananamores,’ as well as Just For Laughs Festival’s acclaimed New Faces series in 2019 and NBC Comedy Spotlight Series in HBO’s Women in Comedy Festival in 2018. In her home state, she holds a 2019 readers’ choice award in Seven Days’ for “best standup comic” in Vermont and was crowned the 2018 winner of ‘Vermont’s Funniest Comedian’ at the Vermont Comedy Club, where she got her start. Friml also opens for national acts such as Bobcat Goldthwait, Hari Kondabolu, Kurt Braunohler, Sean Patton, and Michele Buteau. Using animated optimism on her own physical disability, yet fearless honesty about the social assumptions that come with it, Tina befriends audiences of all sorts with her eccentric style, off-beat mind, and unexpected philosophy acquired through her unique circumstances.
This event is free, thanks to a grant for free arts programming. Space is limited and registration is required.

Town Hall Theater is a red brick building with a prominent bell tower, situated in the heart of Middlebury, facing the town green.

Directions: At the top of Merchants Row, bear right past the theater onto South Pleasant Street. The lot will be on your left.
Location: Langrock, Sperry & Wool on 111 South Pleasant Street.
Parking Lot 2:
Directions: Continue on South Pleasant Street past Parking Lot 1.
Location: The lot is on your left at Conley & Foote, located at 135 South Pleasant Street.
Parking Lot 3:
Directions: At the top of Merchants Row, bear left at the Soldiers Monument and continue straight onto Route 7 south. At the light at the top of the hill, turn right to continue on Route 7 south. Immediately turn right
Location: Painter House parking lot, located at 2 Court Street (Route 7 south).
