Borderland Winds

Borderland Winds is a woodwind quintet (flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, French horn) made up of musicians from Vermont and New York.  We are mostly retired folks.  We practice on the campus of the former Green Mountain College in Poultney, Vermont, within a few miles of the VT/NY border, whence the name.  We enjoy exploring the rich literature both of works written specifically for woodwind quintet and of works arranged for this combination.
